2023 Changzhou S.C Supplier Conference was Successfully Held

On November 27th, the 2023 Changzhou S.C Supplier Conference, with the theme of “Work Together with Unchanging Ambitions, Pioneer the Future”, was held in the lecture hall of the newly-built Changzhou S.C Industrial Park. Mr. Zuo Guojun, Chairman of Changzhou S.C, and Mr. Liu Feng, Director of Procurement Management Division of Changzhou S.C, together with the Company’s senior management and nearly 150 supplier representatives, attended the conference to join hands for common future development of the industry supply chain.

At the beginning of the conference, Mr Zuo Guojun, Chairman of Changzhou S.C, delivered a speech. Mr Zuo’s speech centered on Past, Problems, Future, and Cooperation, reviewing the development history of Changzhou S.C over the past 20 years, and expressing his gratitude to the partners who have overcome the difficulties and worked together with us.

Looking back, the purchase volume of Changzhou S.C in the first three quarters of 2023 increased by over 90% year-on-year compared with 2022, while the entire industry is facing the challenges of overcapacity and increasing operating pressure. However, both the future zero-emission roadmap and the enormous technological and cost advantages of China’s PV industry will stimulate growing investment in the solar PV manufacturing supply chain and vigorously promote the PV industry market development in the future. With the emergence of perovskite, HJT, BC and other new pan-semiconductor technologies, the positioning of supply chain is shifting from simple machining to one-step shape, upgrading from traditional parts processing to large and precise vacuum parts and key metal parts processing. For future cooperation, Mr. Zuo put forward expectations for the development of the supply chain from Collaboration, Quality, and Win-win. Mr. Zuo hopes that Changzhou S.C and its suppliers and partners shall always adhere to strategic mutual trust and win-win cooperation to jointly create high-value products. It should be noted that the market segmentation brought about by the comparative advantages of the modern economy is becoming more and more obvious. Fighting Alone has been replaced by Teamwork, and cultivating a high-quality Supporting Supply Chain has become the main breakthrough in the high-quality development of industry. Both sides must adhere to strategic cooperation in order to jointly meet the development requirements of future industries and companies. At the meeting, Mr. Wan Hongchao, Technical Director of Changzhou S.C, Mr. Liu Feng, Director of Procurement Management, Mr. Wang Denghu, Director of Quality Management, Mr. Chen Shiguang, Head of Supervision and Audit, and Mr. Ma Jin, Head of EHS, delivered keynote speeches, focusing on the technical process of photovoltaic and wet chemical equipment, supply chain development and planning, supplier quality management prospects, honest/transparent supply chain, environment/health and supply chain and other topics, and put forward many suggestions on how to deepen cooperation, respond to changes, and jointly promote the resilience of the industrial chain.

Then, representatives from strategic suppliers including Siemens Ltd., China, Roechling Engineering Plastics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., and HPRAY took the floor respectively, thanking Changzhou S.C for their high recognition and strong support. In the future, Everyone will, as always, accompany Changzhou S.C to innovate and grow together on the path of technology iteration.

Finally, Mr. Wang Dihua, General Manager of China Market of Zhejiang Eternal Automation Sci-tec Co., Ltd., spoke on behalf of the award-winning suppliers. Mr. Wang said that facing the challenges of the internal and external environment in the future, the majority of partners are willing to follow the strategic development goals of Changzhou S.C, do a good job in team support services and fully support Changzhou S.C to cross the cycle, grow together and achieve each other based on the efficient innovation, safe supply and optimization of cost reduction.

Visit New Industrial Park

After the meeting, all participating suppliers visited the newly-built exhibition hall and equipment workshop of the industrial park under the leadership of on-site staff, and got a deep understanding of the modern workshop facilities and product development of our Company.
