        Up to 738.98W! S.C’s HJT Module Power Has Reached New Heights!

        Since being certified by TüV SüD to achieve 720.65W in October, S.C has increased the average power rate of its G12-132 Heterojunction module to 727.69W, an industry-leading performance for a mass-produced double-glass module, while the maximum power rate has reached 738.98W. The average and maximum conversion efficiencies of this type of module have reached 23.47% and 23.84%, respectively. This is a new breakthrough for the company in the field of HJT technology since its high-rate RF PECVD technology for depositing μc-Si:H and the delivery of the 600MW HJT solar cell full production line.



        The cells used in these solar modules were processed from S.C's Changzhou pilot line, with an average conversion efficiency of 25.4% (ISFH), achieved through the utilization of the industry-leading double-side microcrystalline process and the double-side VTTO process throughout the processing procedure. Among these modules, the 738.98W high-efficiency module used 12BB printing technology in the metallization process with its associated BOM optimized, significantly improving its Isc.

        S.C is committed to developing HJT technology that enables achievable cell efficiency and module power in mass production. According to the HJT technology roadmap of S.C, it is estimated that the power rate of G12-132 module will reach an average of 730W and a maximum of 745W by January 2024.
